Home To Go Practice

This camp is designed for both the experienced college potential player with more advanced court sessions featuring collegiate style drill sessions and for beginning athletes wanting to take their game to a higher competitive level.

→ Family Discount: Campers in the same household will receive a $50 discount on 2nd registration and each sibling thereafter.
→ Baylor Faculty & Staff: All Baylor current staff will receive 25% discount for the immediate child of staff member.
→ Transportation from Waco Airport will be provided to all.

Resident Early Arrival: Early check-in available from 6:30pm-8:00pm the evening before camps for $40 and includes breakfast.

Facilities: All practice and competition sessions will be held in the athletic facilities on the Baylor University campus. We will use the Ferrell Center and if space is needed, also MARRS, and the SLC.

What To Bring: Bring linens, blankets (sleeping bag) and pillow, Towels (pool and shower), Toiletries, alarm clock, knee pads, T-shirts, athletic shorts, and athletic shoes for training, Spending $ for camp store, souvenirs…etc., Swimsuit and casual clothes for the dorm.

Packing List:
→  Clothes for gym sessions (spandex or shorts, t-shirts, knee pads, socks, court shoes…)
→  Clothes for dorms (sweats, PJ’s, comfy clothes)
→  Additional shoes to wear from gym to dorm, café, amazing race (can be any form, just know there may be some fun running involved for the amazing race…
→  Bedding (twin size sheets and blanket or sleeping bag, pillow, and whatever else needed for a good night sleep)
→  Toiletries (Bath towel, shampoo, conditioner, tooth brush, tooth paste…etc)
→  Alarm clock (either phone or clock) *NOTE…baylor does not permit students to have wifi while on campus.  
→  Spending $$ (We have a camp store with lots of goodies and clothing plus we may take a trip to the campus bookstore! (This is optional)
→  Fun attitude ready to have the best time of your life, make memories, and improve your game!

Housing: Participants will stay in the university dorms (2 people per room). Each camper MUST bring their own linens - Twin size.

Meals: All meals will be provided to overnight campers. Day campers will be provided lunch and dinner.

Rules: Campers will not be allowed off campus under any circumstances unless a parent or guardian is with them. Any serious violations of camp regulations, such as willful damage to school property and any other behavior deemed detrimental to the group, will result in immediate dismissal. There will be no refund of tuition if a camper is dismissed.

Supervision: All participants will be properly supervised throughout the volleyball camp. Participants are expected to abide by the Baylor University Volleyball Camp rules.

Recreation: An extended free time will be given at some point during each Skills and Team camp which will include the SLC (Student Life Center). We have an indoor pool with water slide and the tallest collegiate rock wall in NCAA.

Medical Coverage: All participants must have their own medical insurance through their family policy or some other source which will serve as their primary coverage. A secondary policy is purchased by the camp to cover extra cost not covered by the family policy. A full-time trainer will be on site to treat any injury.
